  • Copy of bank account statement bearing the address of residence of Applicant

A scanned soft copy of any one of the following

  • Copy of Adhar Card
  • Copy of Driving License

HOW CAN ANINDIVIDUAL GET A DUPLICATE IF HE/SHE HAS LOST HIS/HER PAN CARD?
